SolTex Global Ltd. was formed in June2002 to capitalize on a market created by a highly commercial product called Stantane™. The company brings together the knowledge of three of Northern Irelands' leading organisations - The Northern Ireland Centre for Competitiveness, Invest Northern Ireland and a leading manufacturer in the synthetic fibre industry.

To achieve our vision Soltex Global aims to do the following:
- To produce and market commercial products using Stantane™.
- To collaborate with global companies to develop new products.
